It is with great sadness that the Daisy Chain Newsletter delivers this news.

Harriet "Terri Lee" Schrepel born November 28, 1927 in Lincoln, Nebraska has lost her fight against Alzheimer's, November 12th, 1998. We, who collect her namesake doll, will keep her spirit and love of life in our hearts.

Terri Lee who appeared in many publicity photos for the Terri Lee Company was also a designer for many outfits for the doll. Terri Lee also known for her love of the water activities authored 2 books on water exercises (Aquacises). She received endorsements from the Presidents Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Terri Lee also served on the Board of Directors of the United States Water Fitness Association and on it's committees for Instructor Certification and Ethics for Water Fitness Instructors.

James Schrepel, Terri Lee's devoted and caring husband of more than 40 years, assisted Terri Lee through her long ordeal with Alzheimer's. He cared for her every need. Thank You Jim.

Connie Lynn Thyne, Terri Lee's daughter, has expressed that memorials be sent to the Alzheimer's Foundation.

I think it is only fitting to conclude this memorial with the words Terri Lee authored in her book, Aquacises, Terri Lee's Water Workout Book. "What follows is my gift to you - the means to a life that is happier, healthier and, I sincerely hope, longer as well."
